Andy Honeycutt

President and Chief Consulting Officer

Mr. Honeycutt has provided professional services to municipal and utility organizations throughout his entire career, with 25 years of management experience in the public and private sectors. He has received intensive training in utility operations at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and Boston College’s Institute of Corporate Community Involvement.

Mr. Honeycutt has provided executive project leadership and management for local government clients with a focus in utility operations, organizational design, change management, contract negotiations, meter solution design and smart meter installations.

Lauren Brown

Vice President and Chief Project Officer

Ms. Brown has extensive experience as a business consultant delivering complex solutions in the Local Government sector. In her role as a consulting analyst, Ms. Brown has been instrumental in delivering value-add solutions for clients on a consistent basis across a variety of projects, including a successful delivery of AMI/AMR implementation, organizational redesigns, and technology assessments.

As Chief Project Officer, Ms. Brown oversees the service delivery to MeterSYS clients through responsive support and effective project planning. She is uniquely skilled in data analysis and management.

Ms. Brown received her MPA from UNC-Wilmington with a focus on public policy and management.

Rodger Sauls

Development Director

Mr. Sauls has been associated with the electric utility industry for more than 30 years supporting business development and program management. He is responsible for focusing on strategic partnerships with water, electric, and gas organizations and providing direction on the company’s strategic focus in service to public utilities across the United States.

He is a 20-year member of the North Carolina Economic Developers Association and has served on it’s Board of Directors. Mr. Sauls is a graduate of Barton College, the University of South Florida’s Economic Development Basic School, and the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute.

Cassius Williams

Director of Field Operations

Mr. Williams brings a tremendous level of experience and training in project management and has served as a Senior Level Technical Advisor. He is also an effective collaborator and excels in diverse environments when working with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Mr. Williams possesses a broad knowledge and understanding of advanced metering and the value this technology provides utilities. He has extensive experience in working with utilities, and he relentlessly pursues solutions that save time, are cost effective, and in the long-term best interest of the clients he serves.

Lisa Nguyen

Data Manager

Ms. Nguyen has extensive experience in project and data management. She has previously worked in the nonprofit sector and continues to pursue civic engagement opportunities, both in a professional capacity and through volunteer work. As Data Manager at MeterSYS, she is instrumental in delivering project management services and customer service support.

Ms. Nguyen is responsible for data collection and management, issuing all project data requests, overseeing data submission and retention efforts, and leads information management operations for MeterSYS. On top of providing critical data retention standards, Ms. Nguyen also contributes to deliverable development and is excellent at transforming complex model outputs and project findings into digestible graphics and actionable recommendations. Her ability to contribute across all phases and types of projects make her a valuable team member.

Ms. Nguyenreceived her Master’s in Public Administration from UNC-Wilmington with a focus on Public Management.

Roger Brook

Technology Manager

Mr. Brook has a long track-record of expanding markets for technology and technology-enabled companies. He has overseen Partnership Alliances, Sales, and Marketing strategies in the U.S. and internationally for a number of high-growth companies. He spent over a dozen years leading growth in Asia Pacific for US and European technology clients as part of Japan Venture Partners. Mr. Brook has also held corporate finance and merger & acquisition positions, and has led venture capital and private equity transactions.

Mr. Brook has a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA from Duke University.

Kahne Kraft

Consulting Analyst

Ms. Kraft has extensive experience in accounting, administrative and project management through her work as a Clinical Manager. She has previously worked in the nonprofit sector and continues to pursue civic opportunities throughout the region.

In her role as Consulting Analyst, she assists in data management and financials analysis and tracking across multiple MeterSYS projects. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and acting as Troop Leader for Girl Scouts of America.

David Lopez

AMI Network/Metering Specialist

Mr. Lopez brings over 25 years of water utility industry experience in Southern California, 20 years of which have been in the metering service area. He is a proven leader who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent projects. Mr. Lopez possesses excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Mr. Lopez’s extensive Project Management experience for multiple large projects related to water meter change out programs and AMI implementation serves MeterSYS customers effectively by understanding the perspective of public utilities. He is frequently asked to be a speaker (also to sit on Panels) for AMR and AMI implantation at conferences and symposiums.
