Ms. Brown has extensive experience as a business consultant delivering complex solutions in the local government sector. In her role as a consulting analyst, Ms. Brown has been instrumental in delivering value-add solutions for clients on a consistent basis across a variety of projects, including multiple successful AMI/AMR implementations, organizational redesigns, and technology assessments.

As Chief Project Officer, Ms. Brown oversees the service delivery to MeterSYS clients through responsive support and effective project planning. She is uniquely skilled in data analysis and management.
