MeterSYS now a Preferred Partner with WaterSmart Software to deliver advanced customer engagement solutions for public water utilities and end-users
APRIL 1, 2020 – MeterSYS is pleased to announce our Preferred Partnership with WaterSmart Software, a leader in delivering innovative customer self-service solutions and data analytics through a customer engagement platform. Through this collaboration, MeterSYS will be able to further expand our support of utilities in the pursuit of enhancing customer service through the dynamic platform and self-service options contained in the WaterSmart engagement platform.
The key for successful partnerships is in the delivery of service and performance to utility clients and customers. MeterSYS consultants help guide the utility through the interface, including support through data clean-up and standardization efforts, file testing and interface mapping, vendor management and coordination between the utility’s CIS, MDMS, financial ERP, and any other software providers that will be part of the integration, such as online bill payment or billing providers. MeterSYS also supports the utility in developing targeted communications to drive customer adoption and will support training on the WaterSmart portal. Facilitating the integration team and providing structure through project management reduces the risk of integration and limits workload of staff to ensure a successful and timely portal deployment.
